A Level 100 student of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) could not survive an accident at Ayensudo near the University’s satellite campus, Nduom School of Business and Technology. A speeding vehicle trying to overtake another vehicle knocked down Priscilla Owusu Achia, 19, last Saturday.

A press release issued by the University said the deceased student was in the company of her friends to buy some food items when a Sprinter bus knocked her. She was admitted to hospital but gave up the ghost on Tuesday, April 13. The family has been informed and the Saltpond Police is investigating the case.”
